Durch die typische B\u00fcrohaltung kann die Lunge sich nicht optimal entfalten. Durch den Sauerstoffmangel kannst du dich m\u00fcde und ersch\u00f6pft f\u00fchlen. Auch dein Verdauungssystem leidet unter zu wenig Bewegung.<\/p><p style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; caret-color: #000000; color: #000000;\">R\u00fcckenschmerzen nach einem langen Arbeitstag kennen die meisten, da auch das Muskelskelettsystem einseitig belastet wird.
