Die Dauer der einzelnen Phase variiert jedoch je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Verletzung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; white-space: pre-wrap;\">In der <\/span><\/span><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Entz\u00fcndungsphase<\/b><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; white-space: pre-wrap;\"> arbeitet der K\u00f6rper prim\u00e4r daran die Wunde zu s\u00e4ubern und zu verschlie\u00dfen, sodass es weder zu einer Infektion noch zu einem zu starken Blutverlust kommt. Diese Phase beginnt ab der ersten Sekunde einer Verletzung, der K\u00f6rper f\u00e4ngt sofort an zu reagieren. Hier kommt es nun auch zu den typischen Entz\u00fcndungszeichen wie R\u00f6tung, Schwellung, W\u00e4rme und <\/span><span style=\"caret-color: #000000; font-size: 14.666667px; white-space: pre-wrap;\">gegebenenfalls<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; white-space: pre-wrap;\"> Funktionsverlust. Auch ein Ruhe- und Nachtschmerz kennzeichnen diese Phase. Dies alles ist notwendig damit die Zellen auf Hochtouren arbeiten k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-position: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">In dieser Phase solltest du dem K\u00f6rper viel Ruhe g\u00f6nnen und auf ausreichend Schlaf und eine ausgewogene, vitamin-und ballaststoffreiche Ern\u00e4hrung achten.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-position: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Die Wundheilungsphasen k\u00f6nnen zwar nicht verk\u00fcrzt aber optimal unterst\u00fctzt werden.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\">In der <b>Proliferationsphase<\/b> wird das verletzte Gewebe wieder aufgebaut. Hier steht Quantit\u00e4t statt Qualit\u00e4t im Vordergrund. Es wird in Masse neues Gewebe produziert, welches jedoch noch nicht die Qualit\u00e4t des urspr\u00fcnglichen Gewebes hat. Ab dieser Phase ben\u00f6tigt der K\u00f6rper regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Belastungsreize.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Die letzte Phase ist die <b>Remodellierungsphase<\/b> und wird auch als qualitative Phase bezeichnet. Denn hier wird das wieder aufgebaute Gewebe vollst\u00e4ndig repariert und stabilisiert. In diesem Abschnitt sollten neben Kr\u00e4ftigungs- und Dehn\u00fcbungen auch die Koordinaten geschult werden. Nur durch gezieltes intensives Training wird das Gewebe wieder die vorherige Qualit\u00e4t erreichen.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Bis alle drei Phasen vollst\u00e4ndig durchlaufen wurden, k\u00f6nnen zwei Jahre vergehen. W\u00e4hrend dieses Wundheilungsprozesses kommt es immer wieder zu kleinen R\u00fcckschritten. Lass dich hiervon nicht verunsichern, denn insgesamt geht es St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck bergauf. Versuche nicht zu ungeduldig mit deinem K\u00f6rper zu sein, sondern unterst\u00fctze ihn bestm\u00f6glich durch gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung, ausreichend Schlaf und regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Training.
