(Myofascial Release) se r\u00e9f\u00e8re exclusivement au tissu \nconjonctif et est utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois comme m\u00e9thode diagnostique et th\u00e9rapeutique.\n Il poursuit l'objectif de rel\u00e2cher par r\u00e9flexe les restrictions de mobilit\u00e9 dans les \narticulations ainsi que dans la musculature.<\/p><p>Comme les fascias rayonnent en profondeur, les perturbations du tissu conjonctif \npeuvent causer des probl\u00e8mes dans une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d'endroits du corps. \nL'objectif est d'assouplir les r\u00e9gions durcies ou douloureuses du tissu conjonctif. \nLes changements perceptibles dans le tissu conjonctif sont mis sous pression \nafin de faire passer le tissu conjonctif de l'\u00e9tat de gel \u00e0 celui de sol<\/p>Avec une utilisation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, il est possible d'\u00e9largir la zone \u00e9lastique du tissu \nconjonctif pour permettre une expansion du mouvement dans les sections \narticulaires et la musculature. La m\u00e9thode MFR est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e en \northop\u00e9die et en orthop\u00e9die sportive.<br><p><span style=\", sans-serif;font-size: 2rem;font-weight: bold;letter-spacing:
