Auf den ersten Blick verst\u00e4ndlich.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00fcher war es oft so, dass abgewartet wurde bis die Schmerzen weniger wurden und dann erst aktiv eine Therapie gestartet wurde. Davor hie\u00df es grunds\u00e4tzlich: so wenig Bewegung wie m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Das gro\u00dfe Problem dabei: Oft wurde der Punkt an dem der Schmerz weniger wurde gar nicht erst erreicht.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wir ben\u00f6tigen in der schmerzhaften Zeit Reize, um einen positiven Einfluss auf den Schmerzprozess nehmen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ein Bandscheibenvorfall ist keine Katastrophe! Wir m\u00fcssen allerdings auf Reize reagieren. In diesem Fall sollte die Reaktion Bewegung sein. Wird das nicht gemacht, kann das die Therapie negativ beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4u\u00dferungen wie &#8222;Bewegen Sie sich und wenn Sie merken, Sie bekommen Schmerzen h\u00f6ren Sie auf oder machen eine Pause&#8220;, ist in diesem Falle nicht korrekt und verleitet den Patienten dazu bei Schmerzwahrnehmung die Aktivit\u00e4t einzustellen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Im Klartext bedeutet es, dass wir mit Bewegungen am Anfang der Therapie beginnen und nicht erst wenn der Schmerz weniger wird.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eLeben ist Bewegung und Bewegung ist Leben\u201c &#8211; Michelangelo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unser Fokus in der Therapie, liegt dabei nicht auf dem Schmerz sondern vielmehr auf der Ausf\u00fchrung und den tats\u00e4chlich durchgef\u00fchrten Wiederholungen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bei Schmerzen sollte man sich schonen und besser nicht bewegen.
