Sp\u00fcre, wie sich dein Brustkorb beim einatmen hebt und beim ausatmen senkt. Wiederhole das, in dem du nacheinander deine H\u00e4nde erst auf deinen Bauch und dann deine Seiten legst. Dann beuge deinen Oberk\u00f6rper im Liegen ebenfalls zu der gleichen Seite und strecke deine Arme \u00fcber den Kopf aus. Beuge dich aber nur so weit, bis du eine angenehme Dehnung in deiner Seite sp\u00fcrst.
