Kommst du nicht ganz herunter und merkst das deine Fersen nicht am Boden bleiben wollen, hat das wahrscheinlich mit einer verk\u00fcrzten R\u00fcckseite des K\u00f6rpers zu tun. Hier kannst du dir anf\u00e4nglich Abhilfe verschaffen in dem du einen Keil (oder ein d\u00fcnnes Buch) unter die Fersen legst. Versuche anf\u00e4nglich die tiefe Hocke etwas l\u00e4nger als 1 Minute zu halten. Gehe ganz tief in die Knie, Fersen bleiben am Boden und dann langsam wieder nach oben. Atme ein, wenn du in die Hocke gehst und aus, wenn du wieder hoch gehst. Du legst dich auf den R\u00fccken und winkelst die Beine im 90 Grad Winkel an. Deine Arme streckst du jeweils gerade zur Seite aus und anschlie\u00dfend l\u00e4sst du deine Beine auf eine Seite zu Boden fallen. Drehe deinen Kopf zur gegen\u00fcberliegenden Seite und achte darauf, dass deine Schultern auf dem Boden bleiben. Atme tief ein und aus und sp\u00fcre, wie sich dein Oberk\u00f6rper lang zieht. Wiederhole die \u00dcbung auf der anderen Seite. Dann hebe ein Bein an und kreise langsam und vorsichtig deinen Oberschenkel im Kreis. Am Anfang knackt deine H\u00fcfte vielleicht etwas, solange du keine Schmerzen hast, ist das aber kein schlimmes Zeichen. Mache diese \u00dcbung auf beiden Seiten mehrmals und versuche sie kontrolliert durchzuf\u00fchren um deine H\u00fcfte und die Rotation des Gelenks
